By accessing or using Places We Connect (“PWC”, “the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

Places We Connect is a curated directory of London venues, spaces, and communities — places worth going back to. The Site provides profile pages, guides, ratings, and editorial content. All listings are curated by the site operator and do not represent an exhaustive catalogue.

3. User responsibilities

As a user of the Site, you agree:

• To use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not to submit false or misleading information via any form
• Not to attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site’s content for commercial use without permission
• Not to disrupt the Site’s operation or security

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, watercolour illustrations, photography, editorial curation, and design — is the intellectual property of Places We Connect or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission. The watercolour illustrations featured on the Site are original works and are not licensed for reuse.

5. Listings and partnerships

Spaces listed on the Site are curated. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality by PWC beyond the editorial opinion expressed in the listing.

Paid partnerships (“Featured Spotlight” and “Founding Partner” tiers) are clearly labelled as such. The selection of which spaces appear in the directory remains at the sole discretion of the curator. Payment does not guarantee inclusion.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or guide
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from visiting any space listed on the Site
• We are not responsible for the actions, services, or products of any third-party space listed on the directory

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (space websites, booking platforms, social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
