Modern social wellness centre in Shoreditch, opened 2024 by Max Reynald — a converted ground-floor space styled as a quiet Nordic bathhouse. Three 3D-printed cold-plunge pools in matte concrete-look polymer hold water at 9°C, 6°C and 3°C, arranged in a row.
A bespoke infrared cabin and a steam cabin reach 100°C, both panelled in pale spruce with tiered benches. Soft natural light from clerestory glazing; pale concrete floors and white-rendered walls throughout.
A boutique coffee lounge sits at the front with timber benches and a juice and specialty-coffee counter. A separate studio room hosts pilates, yoga and breathwork.
Luxe changing rooms with hot showers, fresh towels and hairdryers; the whole space designed to read as social-wellness rather than gym.
