Talks and lecture series worth going back to.
A talk in London usually means a lecture theatre, a museum or a society room, and a fixed evening each month rather than a one-off. The format does the social work: everyone arrives for the same subject, sits through the same hour, and the conversation carries on over a drink when the speaker stops. You do not need to know anyone to take a seat.

A lecture series is a gathering with a timetable. The audience returns for the same slot, the questions at the end are where strangers start talking, and the habit of turning up becomes the point.
The 24 Spaces below all run talks, lectures or discussion groups you can attend alone. Arrive for the subject and you will find the same faces in the same seats the following month.
