adidas Runners London meets at adidas Studio LDN, 152 Brick Lane — the brand's Shoreditch flagship studio, a wide glazed retail-and-event space on the corner of Brick Lane and Brushfield. A double-height interior with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors and rows of coat hooks; a community noticeboard with run dates, a coffee station and benches at one end.

Sunday long runs leave from the studio at 9:30am — runners arrive from 9am, sign in at the desk, take coffee and gather inside the studio for the pre-run brief. Routes head through Spitalfields, Victoria Park, the Lea Valley and the canals before returning to the studio.

Coaches address the group before the start; pace groups split out at the door. Open studio with strong brand presence but no kit-mandatory dress code.

  • sunday 9:30am long run is the flagship session. arrive 9am for coffee and the pre-run brief at 152 brick lane.
  • brand-run but free. you don't have to wear adidas — nobody checks. the kit is the brand's job, the run is the crew's.
  • supported pace groups split out at the door — you pick by pace not goal. ask at the desk if you're not sure.
  • free water and coffee at the studio. the post-run hang is inside the space, not at a separate café.
  • coaches are known by name and turn up week after week. one season in and you'll have a regular pacer.
